- The destination country
- The type of transport (parcel/pallet)
- Optional services (customs, express, collection by appointment, etc.)
We compare prices from over 20 carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, Schenker, Raben, etc.
You will receive a precise quote after validation of your order.
Order tracking and status
In your SOSMachine account, each order evolves according to 5 statuses:
- Pending: in processing, awaiting confirmation
- In progress: items being restocked
- Ready to ship: everything is in stock, you can request shipping
- Shipped: the order has left (tracking available)
- Cancelled: Cancelled by the user or by our team
Delays, customs, damages
- In case of delay, your dedicated advisor will inform you of the adjusted deadline
- For shipments outside the EU: customs charges may apply
- If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact support or consult the returns page
